Delivery times will be processed within 24 hours of purchase.

At Bermain the Label we use Australia Post Registered Parcel Post Express shipping which is generally 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs will depend on the size of the satchel. Order $100 and over will receive free shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can offer a store credit or an exchange once the item is returned. 

To return items and receive a refund the items must not have:

• Missing tags or are not in their - original packing
• Item cannot be worn, damaged, or is not in original condition

All SALE items or Sale discount codes being used for products are not eligible for return.

We do not cover the returned postage costs. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong parcel, please contact us via email with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days so that we can replace your item.
